Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Skydo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build a high-performing team that drives our growth. This role works closely with the Founders and Leadership Team to hire exceptional talent across Technology, Product, Risk & Compliance, Operations, and Business.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building teams, has exceptional communication, proactive programme management and strong stakeholder management skills.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with leaders to anticipate hiring needs and plan proactively.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and mid-level roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
• Source talent through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and external partners.
• Coordinate seamlessly across internal teams and agencies, tracking hiring pipelines and metrics.
• Maintain a superior candidate experience and ensure strong cultural alignment in every hire.
• Build and manage campus partnerships with top universities and scale these programs as Skydo grows.
• Champion Skydo’s culture and employer brand through thoughtful candidate engagement.

You Should Have

• MBA in HR from a premier institute (Class of 2017–2019).
• 4–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in top-tier tech companies, handling campus or senior hiring.
• Strong program management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver outcomes.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and data-driven recruiting preferred.

Bonus Points

• Background in Indian astrology or spiritual tech.
• Built or deployed multilingual chatbots, recommendation systems, or personal assistants.
• Contributions to open-source NLP/LLM tooling.
• Experience with RLHF, LoRA, PEFT, or prompt-tuning techniques.

Location: Bangalore (in-office), Monday–Friday, with occasional travel.
