Senior Backend Developer

Position Overview:
We are a dynamic pre-seed funded Fintech startup, driven by a team of four highly experienced visionaries with a profound background in both tech and lending industries. Now, we’re on the lookout for exceptional Backend Engineers to become key players in our founding team.
As a pivotal member of our team, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop high-quality back-end services that will power our cutting-edge platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing testable, scalable, and reliable code that sets new industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Developing new features & refining existing features.
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Help us build our credit card infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• A strong product design sense.
• Good experience in working with any of the programming languages like Java, Golang, C++
• 3+ years of experience working on products at scale.
• Understand end user requirements, formulate use cases and come up with effective solutions.
• Good understanding of REST APls and the web in general.
• Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion.
• A willingness to learn new technology, whatever lets you deliver the best product.
